Saidia Beach Villa is the perfect accommodation in Saidia to relax and explore the beautiful beaches and countryside. It offers luxurious accomodation for up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. All furniture is modern Moroccan cedar and oak, hand crafted for us by artisans from Marrakesh. The modern villa is fully fitted with electric appliances and equipment to help you enjoy your stay; the exquisite garden features a cooling traditional fountain handmade by craftsmen from Fes and backs directly onto the golf course. The private roof terrace offers stunning views directly over the golf course, the sea and the mountains just behind the resort. The villa is located on the western edge of the resort, away from the busier centre and eastern edge, and away from any ongoing building works at the resort, which means a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Ground Floor 1st Floor Roof Terrace Garden		Saidia Beach Villa (The Centre One) Our private villa, Saidia Beach Villa, directly faces the golf course, and is only 200 m from the beach. It is the most luxuriously appointed villa currently available for rent at the new Saidia Resort.

The Ground Floor

The wooden furniture is made from oak and cedar; the metal chairs and sun loungers in wrought iron, and the zellije tables made with mosaics in traditional patterns.

1st Floor
The 1st Floor offers beautiful and spacious bedrooms, with traditionally made modern design cedar furniture. Main Bedroom, with super king size double bed, access to 2 patios, air conditioning, leading to marbled en-suite bathroom with two basins, toilet, bidet, bath. 2nd Bedroom, with king size double bed, access to patio, air conditioning 3rd Bedroom, with king size double bed, access to patio, air conditioning Family Bathroom, with marble topped bath, twin basins, toilet and bidet		Local Artisan Craftsmanship We have tried to use local craftsmen wherever possible. All furniture is made in Morocco, in a modern Moroccan style, including all mirrors and lighting.

Roof Terrace
At the very top of the villa lies the private, quiet roof terrace. It offers wonderful views of the golf course, the garden, the mountains and the sea, and is a quiet place to relax in the sun, in the cool evenings or watching the crystal clear stars at night. It is fully equiped with a hand crafted "zellige" table and wrought iron chairs, as well as a "zellige" charcoal barbeque table for entertaining friends. The comfortable sun loungers are the perfect place for relaxing in peace and quiet.		Roof Terrace The Roof Terrace has panoramic views over the golf course, mountains and the sea. It is fully furnished with sunloungers, table and chairs and barbeque.

Garden
The garden is still in its early stages! The back garden borders the lush open views of the golf course. It has a very large tiled patio, with comfortable chairs and sun loungers, nestling around the cooling traditional Moroccan fountain, in the light shade of a (very small) olive tree. The fountain is hand crafted by traditional "zellige" craftsmen from Fes, the centre of this ancient craft. There is a large outdoor "zellige" dining table and wrought iron patio chairs, together with a large charcoal barbeque table, for wonderful evenings of entertainment. The front bedroom has its own outdoor tiled patio, "zellige" table and chairs for two. The rest of the garden is sand with an informal badminton area - until winter 2008, the next planting season!		Cooling Garden Fountain The garden features a cooling fountain, hand crafted in the traditional manner by craftsmen from Fes.
